1. How do I place an Order?

Orders can be placed directly from the Products page, if however, the product/s is not available, an email will be sent to you, advicing whether you would like to


1. wait for the product to be manufactured

2. free upgrade to a product or similiar or higher value

3. or refund the purchase

2. Payment and Shipping

Payments can be made through Paypal, which accepts all major credit cards.

Local Australian Shipping is simply charged at AU$20 for any orders under AU$100, free for anything over AU$100.

 

International Shipping is charged at AU$40 for any orders under AU$300, Free for anything over AU$300 worldwide

 

Items will be sent through Australian Post, all orders will be sent with a tracking number.

Paypal allows you to pay securely with just your email address, without giving out any credit card details. If you do decide to use a credit card, it accepts all major credit cards

4. Returns & Refunds

We are confident you will be more than satisfied with your purchase, If you are in any way not satified, we offer a 30-day refund policy, simply send us a email, tell us why you are not happy with our products, we will refund you the full amount and you get to keep the product.
